3 Why do you like Story? You can use your imagination Express ideas and be creative Can add history Thought provoking entertainment Can make us feel emotional Form of escapism Can be a learning for certain situations

4 What makes a good story? Developed characters, writing, setting Creative imagination, details, suspense Beginning, middle, end (closure). Plot twists with relatable and dynamic characters Become immersed, grabs attention, coherent Truthfulness (possibly) Pathos

5 Kinds of story are there based on your reading? Songs, poems, movies, scripts, music. Fantasy, fiction, nonfiction, digital storytelling, video games. Drama, horror, romance, comedy. Mind/imagination Dance/miming

6 What is storytelling? Art of communicating to convey meaning Expression of experience Moral teaching Entertainment

7 What are similarities and differences between story and digital story? Both – Accomplish similar goals, convey message, both used in expression and easily spread Differences – How story is conveyed, digital stories are convenient and less interactive, no human element

8 What makes a good storyteller? Coveys emotion Captures attention Is enthusiastic when speaking Use complexion Has charisma and personality Uses good body language

9 What would be your challenges to develop a digital story? Getting viewers to read the story Making personal connections Preparation Knowing how to operate the programs used Showing emotions Getting access to the tools
