Integrity training in Flanders In the beginning: integrity training for all employees (introduction, recognizing integrity issues, dilemma game and open discussion) Later on: train the trainer (trainers pool): trained in dilemma trainings, analysis framework integrity cases, integrity risk analysis

Integrity training in Flanders Today: –made to measure interactive workshops (on specific integrity issues or for specific target groups) –network sessions for key integrity actors (e.g. integrity contact persons, managers, HR specialists, trusted intermediaries…) Future: –project ‘career long integrity’ from recruitment to exit –training top managers: coaching, peer intervision –Giving & receiving constructive feedback
