3 Recap Last conciliation session was May 2 nd & 3 rd “No” to pretty much everything Reduction in PLDs and vacation cap Zero PLDs for new employees Zero % on Base x 3 years OT remains at 1.5x for first 4 hours, and no minimums for call-outs

9 Andy Weremy IFPTE Canadian Area VP Elected as Canadian Area VP in 2012. Andy has been an active Board member in his union for over 10 years and is the President of the Winnipeg Association of Public Service Officers (WAPSO-IFPTE Local 162). Andy is the Water Treatment Systems Engineer and Supervisory Manager of other WAPSO members at the City of Winnipeg's Drinking Water Treatment Plant.

10 Paul Shearon Secretary-Treasurer of IFPTE Elected Secretary-Treasurer of IFPTE in 2006. Former Organizing Director for the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA-IFPTE Local 2001). Paul worked for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Lockheed Missiles and Space Company Advanced Systems Development, Stanford Research Institute and the Boeing Company.
