They will be taken by some of the class students only

The following must be unique:  Compulsory Subject: School Year + School Level + School Session + Class Level + Class Code + Subject Code  Elective Subject: School Year + School Level + School Session + Class Level + Class Code + Subject Code + Subject MOI  Compulsory Subjects, Elective Subjects, Subject Group Subjects and Cross- Class Subjects assigned to a class must NOT overlap

24 V 03.02.01Slide 24V 1.0Slide 24 Notes Notes for Class-Based Subject  If students are attached to an Elective Subject, you are not allowed to update the Subject Type or Subject MOI. You need to remove all students from the elective subject in the Student module before you perform the modification  After you have entered assessment data to a Compulsory Subject, you can update the Subject Type or Subject MOI of that subject. However, all assessment data of that subject will be deleted after the update. You will be prompted for confirmation to DELETE ALL assessment records for the subject before you proceed with the updating  You can unselect a subject component with assessment records. You will be prompted for confirmation to DELETE ALL assessment records for the subject component
