Basic Rules 2 4-6-2016 Maximum 1 Spotlight per Company Duration of the Spotlight = maximum 7 minutes The spotlight needs to be presented by someone representing the company Presentation should be a PowerPoint file running with Windows XP or Vista Advertising movies are not allowed The spotlight language is English

Spotlight Content & procedure 3 4-6-2016 Content Must be an innovation showing a direct connection to Corrugated Must give a clear description of this innovation (product or technique) Final Selection by the Production Committee Deadlines: Registration to spotlight sessions: 30 May 2013 Delivery of the Spotlight file to FEFCO: 15 September 2013 Spotlights review, feedback to companies: 30 September 2013

4. How to send it ? And to Whom? 4 4-6-2016 If your file is smaller than 8 MB, you can send it by email to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.orghouriet.lefebvre@fefco.org Please indicate in the subject line of the Email: “Spotlight presentation” Also mention the Name of the speaker and the Presentation title for the printed programme

5. How to send it ? And to Whom? 5 4-6-2016 If your file is larger than 8 MB and/ or contains videos Please send it by post on a CD, DVD or USB-stick to FEFCO Secretariat: To Mrs Houriet Lefebvre FEFCO AISBL 12th floor Av Louise 250, 1050 Brussels, Belgium Please follow the procedure described in the following slides

6. Prepare Folder and Embed Video Create a folder with: PowerPoint file Video(s): only.mpg (mpeg) ;.wmv;.avi video formats are accepted Important: sound must be embed into the video! Word document explaining which video is linked to which slide Embed video Video should be embedded from this folder IF not: when copied to another computer it does not work anymore! How to embed the video? See next slides Send Folder to FEFCO Put the folder on a USB key or a DVD and send it to FEFCO Example of Folder

7. How to embed a video into a PowerPoint? 1. In Normal view, click the slide in which you want to embed a video. 2. On the Insert tab, in the Media group, click the arrow under Video, and then click Video from file. 3. In the Insert Video dialog box, locate and click the video that you want to embed, and then click Insert. 8. TIPS You can also click the Video icon in a content layout to insert a video.
