2 Multimedia Services at The Citadel The Benefits The “Package for CD” feature allows you to save your entire presentation to a CD. Package for CD ensures that any linked files (like spreadsheets, audio and video files, etc.) are included. It includes a copy of the PowerPoint viewer on the CD, in case the person looking at the CD doesn’t have PowerPoint installed on their computer. Package for CD allows you to put multiple presentations on the CD, and you can choose the order in which they play. This feature also allows you to package the contents to a folder, so that they can then be transferred to another storage media such as a server or flash drive.
