7 The applicant (you) needs to show You need the money You will manage it responsibly You have clear goals and the means to accomplish them Your project meets the mission and purpose of the grantor You can measure your results

9 When writing a grant application Plan before writing Start with goals and objectives Show how you will measure outcomes Follow instructions Have others review and edit Submit on time
