EverCheck Update  Total Number of RN licenses collected: 3237  Total Number of Missing RN licenses: 262  New Hires license number will be collected and entered upon hire by the workforce administrator.  Active employees can enter the license number by going to the HR website and click on the icon Primary Source Verification. https://hrsystems.mednet.ucla.edu/s/psv/logi.asp  Departments can enter the license number for the employees through the HR Web Applications by selecting the License Number Maintenance Application
