2 In this session you will… ● Reflect on your experience thus far with Twitter. ● Describe ways the Twitter platform is currently being used by educators. ● Create a Twitter account specifically for educational purposes. ● Identify various educational organizations and experts to follow on Twitter. ● Tweet a comment, question or resource related to the PIIC conference. ● Engage in a Twitter chat related to today’s presentation. ● Develop ideas for using the Twitter platform within your instructional coaching role. 5 Creating a Twitter Account ● Go to www.twitter.comwww.twitter.com ● Sign up for an account using your school email (if appropriate) ● Select username - Consider using your job title as part of your username
