4. R1 : You need to be seated and settled as soon the bell rings. Tardiness are marked at the end of the bell. R2 : Copy the essential question, date, lecture notes, and relevant concepts into your notebook. R3 : Complete the activity paper and put it inthe work box. R4: You are only dismissed when the end of class bell rings. Do not stand until the bell rings.

6. R1 : Do not knock on the door until the Pledge of Allegiance is over. I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

8. Notebooks are graded every 3 weeks.

9. R3 : Complete the activity paper and put it in the work box.

10. Laboratory demonstrations and experiments should be recorded accurately.

11. R3 : unnamed class work will not be graded.

12. R3 : Late class work receives 20% deductions.

13. R4: You are only dismissed when the end of class bell rings. Do not stand until the bell rings.

14. R5: There will be quiz every Friday.

15. Remember! The teacher is not obligated to provide you paper and pencil. That is your responsibility!

16. Remember: You can only have a restroom break 15 minutes after the start of class bell- rings and 15 minutes before the end of class bell- rings. Only one student at a time is allowed to be out of the classroom.

17. Hall Pass You will be provided with 5 hall passes to be used for restroom and water breaks for the whole nine weeks. It is up to you how often you use them but once you are out, you can no longer have restroom/water break. If you have any remaining hall passes on the ninth week they will be converted to grade points.

18. Remember: Raise your hand and wait to be acknowledged before you share your idea. Be patient and be heard.

19. Reminders: Always inform your teacher if you missed any type of activity ( class work, homework, quiz, test ) due excused absence/s. A make up work will be provided to cover for any missed grade. Be sure to write “make up work” on your paper.

20. Reminders: Not doing your task in class does not entitle you for any make up work. Acting like a fool ( talking unnecessarily, clowning, playing, not observing, sleeping ) during class activity does not entitle you to have make up works.
