2 Fiscal Agent vs. LEA: What’s the difference? Fiscal Agent (Fiscal Agency): the agency that manages the funding for the Part B grant. The Fiscal Agency must be a district or a cooperative. The Fiscal Agent CANNOT be a human or a robot. LEA (Local Educational Agency): “School Corporation”
