2 Requesting an Additional Order 2 Select the appropriate Administration at the top of the screen and organization if needed.

3 Requesting an Additional Order 3 Under the Setup, select Orders and Shipment Tracking.

4 Requesting an Additional Order 4 Under the Select Tasks dropdown menu check Create/Edit Orders.

5 Requesting an Additional Order 5 Fill out the Details and Ship To sections.

6 Requesting an Additional Order 6 Next click the Edit button that is located on the lower part of this screen.

7 Requesting an Additional Order 7 Fill out the Materials Order screen. When complete click the X button in the upper right hand corner.

8 Requesting an Additional Order 8 Click the Create button once you have reviewed that all your requested items are listed.

9 Additional Order - Status 9 The Additional Order will now be listed as “submitted” on the Orders & Shipment Tracking screen.

24 24 Moving Students Between Sessions 2 3 1.Go to the Sessions Screen: (Testing > Sessions > Search Dropdown- Show all results) 2.Select the session the student is in and the session the student is moving to. 3.Under Tasks select Show Students in Sessions & Control Sessions

25 25 Moving Students Between Sessions 1.Select the student’s current session name in the Session List box. (upper left of screen) 2.Select the student(s) that need to move to a different session. 3.Use the Task dropdown and select Move Students between Sessions 4.Click Start 4 3 2

27 Choose Sessions under the Testing tab Select “Precaching Test Content” from the Tasks menu and click Start Precaching Content 27

31 Proctor Cache - Tests Screen will appear in a second window. Wait for Status to show OK Precaching Content 31

32 Update Cache from the Students in Sessions screen under the Testing tab. Precaching Content (one session at a time) 32

Go to Students in Sessions: (Testing > Sessions > Search Dropdown-Show all results > Check desired Session > Task Dropdown-Show Students in Sessions & Control Sessions > Click Session Name in Session List Box) 2.Select Student(s) 3.Under task dropdown select Set Section Resume 4.Click Start Makeup Testing (skipping a unit)

36 1. Select Student 2. Use both drop down menus and select desired Unit 3. Click Save 4. Click Exit Tasks 1 2 2 4 3 Makeup Testing (skipping a unit)

37 Stopping a Session Wait to click the Stop button for a session until: 1.All Units have been administered for that session 2.All students are in Completed, Marked Complete Status

38 Stopping a Session (Marking a Student Complete) 3 2 1 Go to the “Students in Sessions” screen for the desired Session: Testing > Sessions > Search Dropdown-Show all results > Check desired Session > Task Dropdown-Show Students in Sessions & Control Sessions > Click Session Name in Session List Box

39 Stopping a Session (Marking a Student Complete) 1.Select students 2.Enter “Reason” 3.Click Mark Complete 4.Exit Task 2 1 4 3
