3 INTERNAL USE ONLY Getting Started Log in to Computer –Have an associate log on with their username and password –The system will log out after a period of non-use

4 INTERNAL USE ONLY Placing an Order Step 1- Click on “Home” tab Step 2- Click on Product category

6 INTERNAL USE ONLY Placing an Order Step 4- Choose your Specific Product Enter customer’s desired product specifications and click configure –Specify fabric type and quantity of shades Kirsch Cellular Products Kirsch Cellular Lot Numbers Quantity of shades desired Product Lead Time Configure to continue to next screen Kirsch Cellular Product Description

7 INTERNAL USE ONLY Kirsch Product Type Placing an Order Step 6- Configure Your Product- Standard options Enter Width to nearest 1/8” Enter Shade Height to Nearest 1/8” Shade Color Mounting option inside or outside Desired Control Positions Headrail type Warning Section: If additional info is needed, there will be a red x here noting the error

8 INTERNAL USE ONLY Placing an Order Step 6- Configure Your Product- Standard options (cont) Shade color with color number and picture of swatch Adjacent room description Multiple Blinds per headrail option Enter room that shade will be placed in to ID it from other shades in order If there are no errors in order, this box will display no errors and you may move to next step Control Positions

9 INTERNAL USE ONLY Placing an Order Step 7- Configure Your Product- Advanced options – If you do not find a particular option on the standard orders screen, check the advanced options tab to find additional upgrades Butting a blind configuration Current Price of Shade (before sale discounts) Bottomrail handle option Side by side blind option This is where you would order a skylight pole Click on Advanced Options tab for additional options

10 INTERNAL USE ONLY Placing an Order Step 8- Prepare Order Review order content and ensure the following are correct: –Style, color, width/length, mount, controls, options, and quantity Regular Retail Price Sale Price Total Order Price

11 INTERNAL USE ONLY Placing an Order Step 9- Prepare Customer Info, Place order Enter customer shipping information Choose whether to ship to store or customer address

12 INTERNAL USE ONLY Placing an Order After the order is submitted, the customer receives a print out and there is a 72 hour window in which the customer can change their order. After the 72 hours, the order is final and no further changes can be made. And Finally…..

13 INTERNAL USE ONLY The information in the following section, Sales Review, is sensitive and should be used for INTERNAL USE ONLY!

14 INTERNAL USE ONLY Sales Review Review sales data in order to: a)Track vendor day sales b)Discover what sales associates are selling a)Specific product categories b)Vendors; LK, Bali, Hunter, Phase 1, Chris Madden, etc. c)Identify product category training opportunities *This method allows you to search orders within the past two months Step 1- Click on “Worklists” tab

15 INTERNAL USE ONLY Sales Review Step 2- Click on “Orders” tab then check “Store-wide orders” box *If you do not check the “Store-wide Orders” Box you will only be able to pull up sales data for the associate who is logged into the computer at that time. Clicking this box will pull up sales data for ALL sales associates.

16 INTERNAL USE ONLY Sales Review Orders in System Screen Order Ref # Customer Name Created By (Associate) Date Last Modified Associate who modified order Order $ Total Order Status Each Column may be sorted in descending order by clicking on column title. (explanation of columns located on next slide)

17 INTERNAL USE ONLY Sales Review Orders in System Screen- Explanation of Columns Order Ref # - Purchase order number assigned to individual orders for easy reference Customer Name- Full name of customer who placed order Created By- Name of Associate who initially placed the order Last Modified- Date the order was last modified Modified By- Name of associate who last modified the order Order Total- Total dollar amount of order Status- Status of order at that moment; orders will either be accepted, in process, pending, ship complete, or cancelled *Each column may be sorted by clicking on column heading. This helps you to examine top selling associates, large orders, date orders were placed for vendor day sales tracking, and open orders in system.

18 INTERNAL USE ONLY Sales Review Sales Review- Advanced Search: the following method allows you to search orders within the past 13 months by: a) Reference # d) Brand Name b) Purchase order # e) Date Range c) Customer Last Name Click on “Advanced Search” link
