7. 4-2 Relations Among the States

8. 1)Full faith and credit – each state must recognize the laws and legal proceedings of another state. 2)Privileges and immunities – one state may not discriminate unreasonably against citizens of another state. 3)Extradition – fugitives must be returned to the state they have fled from. 4)Interstate compacts – states may enter into agreements with one another. 5)Lawsuits – states may sue one another.
