2. Sally Ride’s Biography. Sally Ride was born in Encino, CA on may 26, 1951 to Dr. and Mrs. Dale Ride. Her early love was tennis, she got a scholarship to Westlake school for girls in los Angeles. After she wasn't sufficient to make her good for competitive world professional tennis, she than has returned to her at education, at Stanford university. Sally Ride has been a hard working lady that always wanted to achieve all of her goals and never gave up.

3. What makes Sally Ride a leader? Sally was 27 with a bachelor of science in physics, she was bachelor of arts in English. She was a master of science and physics also was a PH.D. In Stanford University She read about NASA. Sally Ride, has also searched for astronauts. She then finally decided to apply to be an astronaut. What also makes her a leader is that she was the first lady Astronaut and American to go up into space. These are the things that made her a leader.

4. Some of our thoughts about Sally Ride… Since Sally Ride was the first to fly to space we think that, this woman should be admire. Also this is Since Sally Ride was the first American woman a great lady, we believe that what she did was really neat; to be the first woman. Sally Ride is a hard working lady. Another thing is that she worked really hard to achieve her goals. She also did something cool that no one had ever done yet but know you see more of it today. id
