3. 2 1. The club secretary acts as the liaison between the club, the district and LCI. 2. Is the club’s chief correspondent and keeper of all the club’s records. 3. Submits required reports to the District Governor and Lions International. a. Monthly Membership Report (MMR) every month.

4. 3 Secretary 3.b. Monthly/Annual Activity Report. c. PU101 New Club Officers Report by April 30 ( Elect new officers by 4/15.) d. Submit an up-to-date Membership Roster on July 1 and January 1 to LCI and the District Governor. e. Submit LCI dues no later than Oct. 1 and Apr. 1, Dist. & MD dues by Apr.1

7. 6 Secretary 11. Order all club supplies, including forms, awards (service, key, monarch, attendance), new member kits, etc 12. Maintain a club directory 13. Serve as editor or oversee the production of a club newsletter 14. File a form 990 with the IRS if the club’s gross annual receipts exceed $25,000

8. 7 Secretary 15. LCI will send a packet of materials to the club before July 1 for all club officers. 16. The club password will be listed on the July LCI dues billing
