2 SUBSTANCES Every individual is considered to be, a child has the essential rights. Children’s rights are, for all children. Place of birth, it does not matter what language they speak.No child should be discriminated racially because of their beliefs or opinions of adults.

3 SUBSTANCES The state protection and care of children and their care gives take measures in order to fulfilll their responsibilities. State allows children to benefit from these rights.

4 SUBSTANCES The state in our ongoing effort on the implementation of rights, especially the rights of parents to be considerated to the people who will be responsible for the minor

5 SUBSTANCES Education given to children to ensure their development should be of a maximum extent. Education, childrens tolerance, respect their culture and differents cultures, anti-discrimination, respect for nature is arranged to increase. The child’s own culture, is different from the country and the right to education at every stage of development it is given due attention.
