Independent or dependant which are we really?

The fourth of July represents when this nation declared it’s independence from England. This nation prides itself on how independent we are and we see that as good thing. Nothing could be further from the truth. We are more dependent then a newborn is with it’s mother.

In the Kingdom of God dependency is the norm. Jhn 6:47Jhn 6:47 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. Jhn 6:47 Jhn 6:48Jhn 6:48 I am the bread of life. Jhn 6:48 Jhn 6:49Jhn 6:49 Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and are dead. Jhn 6:49

Jhn 6:50Jhn 6:50 This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. Jhn 6:50 Jhn 6:57Jhn 6:57 As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. Jhn 6:57 Jhn 6:58Jhn 6:58 This is the bread which came down from heaven--not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever." Jhn 6:58

Gen 17:18Gen 17:18 And Abraham said to God, "Oh, that Ishmael might live before You!"
