16 Aim: The aim of this part of the session is to provide opportunity for some private reflection, brief sharing and evaluation. 1. Private reflection: Allow participants an opportunity for brief further reflection on what has been discussed and to reflect privately on what its personal implications might be. (10 mins) 2. Evaluation: The aim here is to share in an evaluation process, led by a facilitator, for example as follows: One insight in relation to CLC leadership One insight in relation to self as leader One reflection (as usual) on the session. (10 mins) 3. Concluding comment by facilitator and closing prayer 16
