The content coincides with the areas that will be covered for Map testing on the 5th grade level. The following page will help you organize and present the information to your class.

7 Eat Breakfast Daily By not eating breakfast you are depriving your body of nutrients and energy it needs to function. Getting in the habit of eating a nutritional breakfast is important to starting your day off on a good foot.
