PHS Choirs @ Disney! April 8-13, 2016

Are you ready... to visit AND perform at the happiest place on Earth?

Expectations/Chain of Command Each student will be assigned to a chaperone. If a chaperone has a concern they are to go to the director who will confer with other school sponsors/administration to make a decision. The director will primarily handle the needs to the group as a whole and make decisions for the best interest of the group.

Chaperone Expectations Check to see if they are awake and do room check at night. Make sure the room gets looked over upon check-in for any damage Check that all personal articles are out of the room upon check-out. They will make sure their students check in with them a couple of times during the day - usually via text. No alcohol allowed. Adults who smoke will do so discreetly and in designated area. If you have chosen to NOT ride with us on the bus we will also NOT provide hotel, meals, or tickets. Please also be aware that we will not make accommodations for you in our schedules. Priority is given to those adults who are serving as chaperone.

Trip Guidelines You are representing so many people. Be certain that you are always acting in a way that will be viewed positively by others. Treat others the way you want to be treated- you will be overtired and grouchy. Do not allow this to ‘spill out’ onto others! All adults are to be treated with the utmost respect There are NO COUPLES on this trip. No smoking! Chaperones that smoke will need to do so at scheduled stops & away from the group. NO TALKING when we are participating in an activity with a host or tour guide.

Disney Park Guidelines You must remain in groups of 4 or more. Check in points/times will be established- we will clarify if it is a text or a visual check in. Lockers are available for a fee. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a mature & responsible manner during their visit. Any unsafe or disruptive behavior will result in dismissal from the park without a refund. Know that Disney security and police will trump PGSD personnel.

Disney Park Guidelines Profanity is not tolerated and can result in removal from the park without a refund. Line jumping is expressly prohibited & may also result in dismissal from the park without a refund. Be aware that Disney security will report any illegal activity directly to Orange County Sheriffs Department. No outside food or drinks are permitted in the park. All bags, backpacks, or packages are subject to inspection prior to entering the park.

Disney Park Guidelines Participants whose behavior on tour is deemed severe by the director may be flown to the Gulfport/Biloxi Airport, at the parent/guardian’s expense. No refunds will be given for the unused portions of the tour if a student is arrested while on the tour. Participants arrested for shoplifting, creating false fire/safety alarms or other illegal actions will be remanded to the local authorities. Transportation and other expenses incurred due to arrest will become the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian. No refunds will be given for the unused portions of the tour. Actions that are a detriment to the integrity of the Pascagoula community, PHS, or PGSD will result in the student being sent home at his/her own cost.
