4 REVIEW RESULTS Series circuit = one path only More bulbs added on a series circuit, bulbs dim. If one bulb goes out, they all go out Parallel Circuit = two (or more) paths Bulbs are brighter in a parallel circuit compared to a series circuit. If one bulb goes out, the other bulbs get brighter (remain on). Switch = halts or allows the flow of electrons; turns circuit on and off Switch up = open circuit = no flow of electrons Switch down = closed circuit = flow of electrons
