7. Sports & Entertainment Marketing Periods 4.2 & 9 This course explores the skills needed for a career in marketing. Students learn about the key functions of marketing and how those functions are applied to the areas of sports and entertainment. The course will combine textbook, computer simulations, and Internet navigation to educate the students in the functions of marketing, concepts of leadership, finance, human resources, ethical and legal issues, product management, and customer relations.
