5 CI and partners Secured the park and developed it into classical ecotourism destination with all the attractions KNP Canopy Walkway

6 Human Wildlife Conflict  Elephant numbers in the Kakum park increased  As long distance animals the elephants began to destroy nearby crops  CI brought together anti-crop raiding experts with support from FAO  CI also trained some environmentalists from Sierra Leon, Ivory Coast on anti-crop raiding methods  Technical and Farmers manual produced and available
