Session ID MUST enter the start term, end term, actual term, terms long and calendar terms for the SDR Course Extract to calculate the Marking Period correctly Must enter the term start and end dates for the HOPE extract to report correctly Use the HOPE Weighting Indicator and MS Credit Indicator fields on the bottom of the editor for transfer records (or overrides). These will post with transcripts Use the new teacher number drop list to pick teachers – only use Primary Teacher Override field for all 8s or all 9s or PSO credit Transcript Entry – need to know

Session ID If Primary Teacher Override is used for SSN – it will be visible for anyone that has access to the transcript editor You can create a “long term sub” teacher and/or a teacher for each of the PSO schools and select that from the drop list each time – this will keep you from having to key the 8s and 9s and 7s, etc, each time Transcript Entry – need to know
