1 Rycroft Terrace Tailgating is one of the most common security breaches It starts out innocently – an owner opening a security door and holding it open for others, visitors without FOB’s, or the passive acceptance of unfamiliar faces - refers to when a person tags along with another person who is authorized to gain entry into a restricted area, or pass a security gate. The problem with these lax situations is that they open your building to unauthorized entry by individuals who could intend harm to your property and residents. Anti-tailgating strategies ensure only the people meant to be in your building are allowed access. We can install the most advanced security system on the market, but our security measures will fail if our residents are not closing the security gate, or leave it open with a cone or other items, for others to get in. August 2015 News: FOB lock has been installed at dumpster gate to keep unwanted individuals out. Entry phone has been installed and should be ready any day now. Recreation room can be rented, please check our website. The junction box and pool light will be brought up to code. The pool rim gets a new paint job. The former Koi Pond will be a nice and maintenance free Asian Stone Garden.
