3. Fòrema Srl is the consortium for training and business development of Confindustria Padova, the industrial association based in Padua, representing 1.700 companies. Founded in 1983, Fòrema develops and enhances competencies for companies, workers, young people and more. It is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 since 1999 and it is accredited as Training Agency by the Veneto Region Government. It’s authorized for outplacement activities and staff recruitment and it’s Ordinary Member of ASFOR – Italian Association for Training of Managers. Since 2010 Fòrema cooperates with Veneto Region Government in Bruxelles. Fòrema is the leader agency in Veneto Region for training hours provided, number of trainees and enterprises reached.
