3 Fòrema Srl is the consortium for training and business development of Confindustria Padova, the industrial association based in Padua, representing 1.700 companies. Founded in 1983, Fòrema develops and enhances competencies for companies, workers, young people and more. It is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 since 1999 and it is accredited as Training Agency by the Veneto Region Government. It’s authorized for outplacement activities and staff recruitment and it’s Ordinary Member of ASFOR – Italian Association for Training of Managers. Since 2010 Fòrema cooperates with Veneto Region Government in Bruxelles. Fòrema is the leader agency in Veneto Region for training hours provided, number of trainees and enterprises reached.

10 LLP – Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation 2012-1-IT1-LEO05-02621 - G92F12000140006 General objective - to improve the provision of training of partners through the acquisition of tools and models for effective interventions, facing the new demands from the labor market and the target groups, taking advantage of cooperative networks at local and transnational level. Specific objective - to transfer, test and evaluate the Restart@Work model of intervention, that Fòrema has developed for outplacement interventions, also in implementing the European quality standards (EQARF, ECVET) - to start a learning community based on common practices, to better meet the challenges of the labor market, enabling cooperations with relevant stakeholders and social partners www.restartwork.eu
