2  Create a workflow that the users can invoke for a particular customer (contact) which sets the priority of all the customer’s cases to “High”

3  Find the name of the 1:N Relationship between Cases and Contacts  Create a workflow on Case that sets priority to High  Create a workflow on Contact that distributes the previous workflow on all cases related to the Contact  Test

4  Find the name of the 1:N Relationship between Cases and Contacts (“incident_customer_contacts”)

6  Create a “Make Case High Priority” workflow on Case that sets priority to High. Set “Run as a Child process” to true, and activate it.

8  Create a “Make Contact’s Cases High Priority” workflow on Contact that distributes the previous workflow on all cases related to the Contact
