VIP-ER Overview VIP-ER is an innovative, online assessment and mentoring system developed to provide small manufacturers with critical improvement assistance. VIP-ER extends the reach of services offered by Manufacturing Extension Partnership offices enabling them to more effectively meet key economic development goals of EDA and MEP for rural businesses. VIP-ER is custom solution based on the CertiSphere application platform developed by Net Endeavor, Inc.
