2 Introduction This lesson plan was developed as part of the PASS Summer Science Instituted 2005. This lesson will help students understand how and from where our water comes from and where does it go.

3 Learners This lesson is based on the Physical Science and Biology standards, and involves the water cycle and its impact in our valley, physical and chemical properties of water, connections to the laws of motion as related to water, and how it is used to produce electricity. This lesson is based on the Physical Science and Biology standards, and involves the water cycle and its impact in our valley, physical and chemical properties of water, connections to the laws of motion as related to water, and how it is used to produce electricity. The students should have prior knowledge of the water cycle, the essential water is to our development/growth in our area, and some of the uses of water.
