5. Page #14 in your packet The 4 C’s Cause- you didn’t cause the person you know to start drinking. They choose to drink, not because of what you do or don’t do. Control- You can’t control the person you know. They will not stop drinking just because you said so. Cure- You can’t cure the drinking. It’s too much for you to do alone. It will cause you a lot of pain and stress. Care- It’s okay to care for the person you know. Let them know you love them and don’t want to see them hurt themselves.
