2 Social problems in the 20th century have brought many lessons to mankind The settlement of conflicts in society: confrontation 1. War and peace 2. The culture  inhibits the development of all aspects of social life ethical values, cultural values ​​ are ignored.

3 The United Nations declared 2001 was the “Year of Dialogue among civilizations based on tolerance”

4 globalization Globalization has double impact to human’s lives (From economic consideration only) created the values never had before negative impacts: + the rapid increase gap of rich and poor + increasing the pressure inequality between individuals, etc

5 From the second half 20 th century to the 21 st century is characterized by: - increasing political self- consciousness of the civilization in the links, the alliance for zone; - the start of the antagonism between them as basic lines of the 21st century geopolitics. 13 The common spirit of tolerance and a culture of peace is the only proper way to solve a humanitarian issue of global population We should accept the views of others People should always listen to others even when angry and understand them

14 The common spirit of tolerance and a culture of peace The decisive role: the shift in human consciousness policy makers, scientists, intellectuals, arts and newspaperdoms the religious activists Radical changes in education systems and training in all forms and on all its levels

15 Dialogue is one of important consequences of implementing tolerance in the modern world achieves the best performance when the parties demostrate understanding and mutual respect => Consensus
