When installing the software on subsequent agent machines, make sure to bypass (“next >”) the screen requesting personal information as this should have already been used on the main installation machine Continue to install the software as a trial version You will be able to fully license the software after the trial installation is completed

10. Once the trial version is installed Go to the ITM agent by right-clicking on the Realtime Monitor Icon your taskbar

The license file is license.xml and is located on the main installation machine The path is x:/program files/ca/shared components/subscription license/license.xml Copy the file and place it in the same directory in all other machines (which were on live trial case).
