2. We are small in number but mighty in spirit. With that said when it comes to staffing and electronic resources many of us wear many hats. There is a core staff that consists of our systems’ librarian, our head of technical services, and me.

3. Systems’ Librarian Responsibilities  Troubleshoot database concerns  Contact the appropriate vendor for additional assistance  Maintain statistical information for all electronic resources

4. Head of Technical Services Role in Electronic Resources Processes  Essentially pays the bills

5. Assistant Director Responsibilities  Assist the director in finding the money  Work with the vendors, the director, and others to get the necessary contracts signed and invoices in place

6. Additional Staffing as Needed  Staffing needs change depending on the discipline and the task.
