12 What is COMPASS?  Integrate new students into the academic and cultural community of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.  Sets students on a course towards college graduation and is for all first-year students.  Compass Peer Coaches help navigate first year students to be successfully involved in the classroom and on campus.
