6.  Also be aware of: ◦ Students who go missing ◦ Child sexual exploitation ◦ Female genital mutilation ◦ Forced marriage

7.  Know what to do if a student makes a disclosure to you: ◦ Do not promise confidentiality ◦ Listen & ask only open questions ◦ Record, sign and date what you were told ◦ Know who to refer on to in your college ◦ Keep yourself safe ◦ Know what to do if the allegation is about a colleague
