2  WHAT IS INTERJOB4YOUTH PROJECT?  INTERJOB4YOUTH is a project to promote the improvement of the labor market and to increase employability of those seeking employment abroad, encouraging mobility of workers and promoting integration. Through this project we expect in giving individualized service to the population, intended to facilitate their incorporation into the labor market, as well as to help enterprises improve their competitiveness. The aim of the project is to transfer a methodology in terms of labour intermediation, also developing a Mobility Platform to improve the effectiveness for employability and the mobility of the young people. 3  WHICH ARE THE MAIN OUTCOMES OF THE PROJECT?  JOB MOBILITY PLATFORM It’s a tool able to put in contact to employers with jobseekers in a open geographical context. In its first version, it's ready to run in the EU states that are participating in the project. The platform runs, with the same scheme as majority of job search services. Employers can publish job offers and registered jobseekers can apply for it. The main difference with the rest of web services, it’s the geographical scope, the platform is intended to support the job mobility between different countries. RESULTS

8  SERVICES FOR EMPLOYERS FEATURES After the registration the employer will receive two automatic emails: the first one with his username and password; and the second one with the information of the registered business. Then the administrator must access at http://www.interjob4youth.eu as administrator and introduce login and password. After that, the activation of the company will be possible.http://www.interjob4youth.eu

9  SERVICES FOR EMPLOYERS FEATURES The administrator will communicate to the employer that he/she can use the platform to manage its job positions –by clicking “Offer” it can add new job positions–. After the company has added a new job position, the administrator must revise it and, if it is correct, publish it. In this sense is important to take into account that only the administrator can publish job positions. The email address which the business has been logged is not possible to modify. On the other hand, you can modify the email where the company receive applicant’s CVs.

11  SERVICES FOR EMPLOYERS FEATURES The company receives an email when an applicant is interested on the job position. The applicant receives an email that gives thanks for the interest. The administrator can see all the employers and jobseekers registered and all their information.

13  SERVICES FOR JOBSEEKERS FEATURES Jobseekers must be registered. After that, they will receive a message to active by themselves their user name. With the user name, they can log themselves.

14  SERVICES FOR JOBSEEKERS FEATURES After the user had been registered in the platform: - The user fill the register questionnaire: age, sex, educative level, languages, work experience, working abroad experience, labour motivations, working abroad availability and registration date in the platform. - After login, the job positions colour is different if you are a user, and they became clickable. - User: - No user:

17  SUPPORTING MATERIALS ANOTHER PRODUCTS  LIVING AND WORKING GUIDES (I) We have drafted a set of guides designed to facilitate information to people who wish to work or reside in any of the countries currently participating in the consortium (Bulgary, Greece, Netherlands, Poland and Spain). You can find these guides in the platform’s section named “FILES”. These guides are available in English and deal with topics such as: - TO FIND A JOB - TO WORK - TO LIVE - MY FAMILY COMING WITH ME - LANGUAGE/S

18  SUPPORTING MATERIALS ANOTHER PRODUCTS  LIVING AND WORKING GUIDES (II) These guides contains updated information about the most common topics that are useful to jobseekers to work abroad. The selected structure it covers a wide range of information legal, financial, administrative, cultural, educative, etc. We think that this is a good complement to the mobility platform because the users can use this resource without leave the website.
