4. How do we use the Present Perfect Continuous Tense?

5. I'm tired because I have been running for one hour .
1-We use the present perfect continuous tense to talk about an action that started in the past and stopped recently.

Because it has  been raining.

7. You don't understand [now] because you haven't been listening.
