3  All reptiles have dry skin and reptiles also are cold blooded. Reptiles have a backbone,so that means that they are vertebrates.  Reptiles can be classified into four smaller groups called orders. The four groups are called tuataras, turtles, lizards and snakes, alligators and crocodiles.

4 Green boas eat small mammals and small birds. But it is hard for snakes to kill a bird because they fly. Its easy for snakes to kill the pray by camouflaging in trees or leaves.

5 Where does it live? The green boa lives in South America. It lives in land and sometimes it goes in water and it can also live in trees.

6 A green sea turtle lives in the water. Green sea turtles are mostly found throughout the warmer oceans and the Mediterranean.

8 Where do tortoises live? The tortoise lives in the warm and deep waters of England. More than 100 feet down.

9 Tortoises eat Seaweed, Smaller fish, and Plants. What do tortoises eat.

10 American Alligator  T he American alligator is white and black as a baby and gray as an adult.  They are found in North Carolina to the Florida and west along the coastal plains. Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

11 Habitat of alligators They live in ponds, swamps, lakes, rivers, bayous, and big springs.

12  Crocodiles are gray-green, and dark olive green  A crocodile can also be gray-brown with dark cross bands on the back and on its tail.  Cross bands obscure in old adults.

13 Where American crocodiles live American Crocodiles live in Florida bay in Everglades National Park, Biscayne Bay,and Florida Keys ; bogs and Mangrove swamps.
