Metro Denver Incentives Colorado is at the bottom of available research incentives compared to the rest of the country. State of Colorado has a total of approximately $9,000,000/yr. for job training, relocation incentives. Most incentives are tax rebates

What Site Selectors Say When we get down to the final three, incentives do matter Incentives don’t make a bad deal good Labor and making a smart business decision is more important to the bottom line. We’ll be apart of the community longer than an incentive.

Tax Incentives EZ Zones, Personal Property Tax rebates Sales and Use Tax Rebates at the local level But Tech companies and Bioscience companies can’t use most tax credits
