Project Description Investigation, Design & Develop a small application, runnable from the HP Printer, providing service acknowledge for discovered issues. The goal of this tool is: Provide a HELP NEEDED button that can activate that an issue has occurred and resolution is needed. Send the event to IT/Managed Service provider who is monitoring & maintaining the device. Provide an acknowledgement response event that identifies an issue has been reported and approximate time for resolution.
