4 You can break the chains of attachment by being aware Know that every attachement can be detached

5 Guilt is a self-created limitation Nobody can hold you guilty but yourself

6 Think. What could Guilt possibly resolve?

7 Remember it's not about you If you interpret life too subjectively you get hurt

8 learn to see circumstances from a detached point of view

9 Negative thinking is a bad influence to everything you do It affects your mood, your life and people around you

10 Stop your negative thoughts dead on their tracks You can do it every time you want! Nobody will stop you!

11 Self-criticism sends disempowering messages to yourself It is a limiting and self-destructive behaviour

12 You can stop self-criticism and start empowering yourself!

13 Life doesn’t have defined limits Only we impose them on ourselves

14 Let go of those beliefs which limit your possibilities and start opening up your life

15 Grudges are bad for your heart Physically & emotionally

16 Set your heart free from grudges and your well being will boost

17 You do not need the approval of others to know you can succeed

18 You have everything you need inside of you right now! Be confident and keep on going

19 Anxious thoughts reflect uncertainty about the future

20 ask yourself - "Is this anxious thought based on real evidence?"

21 Realize that the pain in heartbreaks is not the loss itself

22 It's the idea of the loss that you create in your head that is the self inflicted pain.

23 Now live a life full of happiness, joy and peace
