4  not to clear. a little hazy, but easier to read than the actual docs.  Confusing readings... yet a confusing topic. Not your fault  They were the right length and easy to understand  na  Readings were pretty decent. I came back with an understanding of what it is that you were presenting today. I wasn't too sure though if they were a program you install, a support group, or just a guidline that some researching was proposing.  I was still alittle unclear.  Good length. Just like the problem that arose in class, they don't really give a good feel of what CobiT is exactly.  I liked the Executive Summary (pages 7 - 15) best.  I loved them

7  flowers and a song and dance  Actually knowing what CobiT is. It's surprising you could create a presentation on a subject that you do not fully understand. Speaking with the professor to grasp a better understanding would have been greatly beneficial.  A short reading / example from the CobiT 4.1 documents that are available for downloading from the ISACA site.  Slow down. You both seemed flustered over the time and you kept looking up at the clock on the wall.  Start more basic  better understanding of the topic  Oh man, I don't know what to say about your presentation.... To be honest is was the worst I have seen this term. I understand being nervous and such. But you guys were generating information that was incorrect as well..... I think that I took more from your readings then I did by coming to class, sorry to say.  more practice  na  I know you were in a time crunch, but slow down a little.  Practice and interaction  it was a little choppy at first which made the presentation hard to follow at times

8  many versions of IT governance. CobiT provides a way to ensure corporate compliance w/gov't mandates and policies.  Its a standard to protect yourself against auditability  the type of people and companies that use it.  Na  outlines best practices for IT  They are trying to put a guideline on how IT is handled  I learned that it wasn't a program but a set of standards  WHat is is  It starts with a C and ends with a T.  I learned quite a bit from your readings because I knew relatively little about this topic before your readings/presentation. Overall, I thought you did well. -- Dave Sullivan  CobiT is a way of controling and governing IT to ensure proper use and implementation throughout a company.  it is cheap

9  Don’t rush. Even if you are pressed for time, take your time (your classmates can always do the survey after class and on their own time)  Give more background and lead-in information. Remember that this class is for business majors and not IT majors.  Have examples in your presentation.  Have a better understanding of the whole topic, not just specifics.
