Outreach ProgramDescription of how the State MEP will promote the use of MSIX for records exchange – training, surveys, focus groups, and promotion. Staffing PlanDescription of the future workforce needed to implement the strategic plan. Program BudgetOverview of the financial plan to implement the projects. Project Plan and ObjectivesDescription of the tasks to be implemented to accomplish MEP goals and objectives Performance Measurement Evaluation Description of the metrics used to determine whether specific strategies are meeting their goals. Glossary and AcronymsDescription of terms and acronyms used in the document.
