8. Conclusion Push passengers into shared ride service, especially in non-attainment airports. Make it easy for the customer to use the service Promote the amount of vehicles off the road due to high occupancy vehicles. Concentrate on the SOVs and the cost of the operation when these vehicles dominate the airport curb.
