9 Technology Transportation Network Companies – City of Phoenix Working on interim agreement with Uber Task Force working on City Ordinance – Must Operate in Pre Arranged Category Airport Permit and Fee Commercial Insurance Driver background check and vehicle inspection

10 Sustainability PHX Sky Train – LEED Certified – Connection to Light Rail & Valley Metro Busing – Bike lockers available at 44 th St Station – Early Bag Check 44 th St Station, East Economy & Rental Car Center – Boarding Pass Kiosks

11 Sustainability Alternative Fuel Requirements Using OBD-II device to monitor flex fuel vehicles Maintain requirements for ADA accessible vehicles in fleet
