4 New Data CO2 Emissions Data Consist of two kinds of data, national data and estimation data by CA based on APEC Energy Balance Tables National Data: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Peru, Chinese Taipei,Thailand and USA9 member economies Estimated Data: Brunei, Chile, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, PNG, Philippines, Russia, Singapore and Vietnam12 member economies

7 New Data Monthly Oil Data The collection started June 2001 APEC member economies have been requested to submit two months of the data by every month: They are M-1 and M-2 The database contains the monthly oil data basically from April 2001 to latest. This data collection takes a part of worldwide oil data collection, namely Joint Oil Data Exercise, which six international organizations, APEC, EUROSTAT, IEA, OLADE, OPEC and UN, join

14 Developing a format changing system APEC-IEA Cooperation work with IEA Objective: Increase labor productivity on preparation of questionnaires for APEC and IEA Function of the system is to produce IEA formats based on APEC format The system has been developing EXCEL- VBA IEA is developing a system IEA-APEC

15 Replacing Web and DB servers Three servers have been replaced due to the lease-up: Web server: SUN Ultra 10 DB server: SUN Enterprise 250 DB backup server: SUN Ultra 60
