15 How to Place a Copy Level Hold in Workflows Follow the same procedures as outlined for Title holds except when you get to the “Place Hold” screen, select “Copy Level” The only time a “Copy Level” hold should be placed is for the following reasons : –Call number changes sent from Collection Management –Media Problems –Customer request a paperback version of the item

18 Checking Out Library Materials: In the Common Tasks group wizard, click Checkout. In the User ID box, either scan the patron’s ID card or enter the ID number manually. In the Item ID box, scan the item ID. Repeat this step until all items have been checked out. Click Close to exit the wizard or Check Out to New User to continue.
