ISP Search the internet for ISP services and vendors Rate the ISP candidates for the following customers (use “things to look for” criteria from ISP presentation) –Personal home use –Traveling business man –Small business I.e. restaurant State the main reason the vendor you selected is a good choice for the customer type ADD: URL and reason for each choice to your Assignment II file

3. E-mail Find the location of your E-mail (*.pst) files Make a personal folder in an appropriate directory. For example: C:\mail\yourpersonalfolder.pst Find your mailbox and Address files Add screen copy of the search results to you AssignmentII file. -Alt,PrintScreen followed by Paste

4. Web Search Surf the web for a site(s) on a topic of interest to you –Possibly a resource for your project –Possible an interesting application Use Advanced search to reduce the number of hits. Record the search string and number of hits. ADD: the search string and number of hits as well as the resource reference page to you Assignment II file. I recommend you start to Build a topic resource reference page for your project research –Either HTML, word or power point

5. FTP down load * Get an FTP client from the web or down load the WS_FTP.Zip from the Class Notes page * Find and Contact an FTP server (example ftp.aol.com) and download a file * Window copy the Ftp window and place in your Assignment file.
