9 NEGOTIATE RELATIONSHIPS Get acquainted. Set ground rules. Keep communication lines open.

10 Consider these ground rules... Honor one another’s words & actions. Speak only for yourself and your experiences. Stay in today’s story. What is said between us stays between us. If one of us feels the need for someone else to intervene, we will say so.
